Commentary on paid-propaganda and censorship. The cover art is a painting called "The Silent River".

Seemed appropriate to reduce the amount of vocals, and hence words. Song features an extended instrumental. The chord structure features inveresions, the same musical phrase being stated repeatedly with small variations. A musical representation of the sound of paid-propaganda.
